The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement between consumers and contractors and is available under https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform is intended as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations of online purchase contracts and online service contracts. We are legally not obligated and will in principle not agree to enter into a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration service.
