Julia Faulhaber (Founder and Managing Director of the Swiss faulhaber Marketing GmbH) specialises in premium and luxury hospitality communications and brand agency. With many years of experience in sales and marketing and a deep understanding of the industry, she combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on operational execution.
She works with leading hospitality brands in the DACH region—including CERVO Mountain Resort, The Chedi Andermatt, Maiensäss-Hotel Guarda Val, and the Lanserhof Group – and is known for clear positioning, strong storytelling, and measurable visibility.

Niels Meyer-Jures (Head of Commercial, Soeder) ia half German, half French, He has been living over the last twenty-five years between Zurich, Paris and Geneva and has served in in different management board roles at Swiss lifestyle brands and sustainability pioneers such as Freitag, Qwestion or Soeder.

Timo Albiez (Deputy Director of SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, Director of SHL Business Areas AG) is a training and conception specialist who feels at home in the hospitality world and inspires young people as well as numerous companies with his philosophies for a future-orientated hospitality attitude.
